ETC Group Hiring for Business Development Manager Job at Dubai Full Time

Responsibility:

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

• To look after day-to-day operations for both the plants.

• Align and work closely with Import/ Export and trade execution team and monitor the shipments.

• Participating in the development and execution of strategic business plans

• Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure all relevant organizational and project goals are being met

• Supervising the work of employees and providing feedback when necessary

• Ensuring a safe and secure workplace by making sure all government regulations and compliance standards are adhered to.

• Suggesting new policies and procedures to help improve business profitability

• Working with internal stakeholders to implement new policies and procedures

• Supervise inventory management team

• Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees

• Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions

• Oversee Local sales aligning with Business Head.

Business Development Manager Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.

• Experience in Operations/sales or related field.

• Strong communication skills and Excel fluency.

• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Comfortable using a computer for various tasks
