PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
According to the EMEA Rx Operations industrial policy and based on the “Rx referential”, insure the responsibility of the industrial performance of the Rx Laboratories network of the geography.

Animating the Rx laboratories teams across the geography.

OBJECTIVES:
You are in charge of establishing the Industrial Roadmap, the Capex Plan & associated projects in order to achieve the expected performances.

You provide necessary information & reporting to EMEA Rx Operations & Technology steering functions you manage the different persons reporting to you.

You are responsible for the performance of the Rx labs in terms of quality, service and costs, also, for the continuous improvement of:

process control parameters and quality standard respeet for products

production lead time, productivity

usage of consumables, energy consumption & waste creation

maintenance efficiency

You contribute to the continental Rx Lab community by participating to techno clubs, sharing best practices and building a skills development plan for Rx geography teams.

PROFILE:
Master’s degree in engineering, supply chain or equivalent

At least 6 years of experience in the industrial environment within a MNC, previous or current experience within European and Meta markets

Agile, adaptable with a strong ability to work within a transversal environment.

English is a must, French, Turkish or Arabic are a plus

Business Travel: up to 30% of working time
