ESAG Hiring for Finance Manager – Retail Job at Dubai Full Time

• Prepare annual budget as per corporate finance guidelines and prepare monthly budget Vs actual variance analysis report with explanation
• Prepare quarterly board presentation and discuss with CEO before the MIS meeting with Shareholders
• Prepare financial statement for statutory audit along with audit schedules and liaisons with external auditors
• Prepare AGM presentation and take minutes of the meeting for corporate governance
• Review and monitor operating cost of the company and advise area of concerns
• Review and approve all external and Intercompany payment
• Review and approve Bank reconciliation, Journal Vouchers and customer receipt entries
• Conduct retail audits at C&M showrooms and submit the report to CEO
• Prepare ad hoc report for decision making purpose
• Prepare feasibility reports for new showroom openings/ Investments
• Ensure the entities follow the VAT compliance
• Active involvement of corporate tax implementation with group corporate finance
• Negotiating with card acquiring banks for better rates and implement new tech in C&M
• Find new payment methods to C&M business (Postpay, TAMARA and Tabby)
• Evaluate and discuss with group IT for retail system upgrade as per business needs
• Ensure OFIS quotations costings are properly check as per terms
• Closely monitor OFIS business receivable risk and other operational risk – discuss the same with CEO
• Actively involved in Franchise business setup, risk analysis and company formation
• Prepare ad hoc reports for Franchise business
• Review IA audit reports, response and discuss the recommendations with management with implementation timeline

Qualified : CA/ ACCA/ CMA/ CPA or equivalent

Minimum 15 years of experience in the retail industry in UAE.

Experience in handling project accounting will be an advantage.

SAP experience needed.

Should be able to handle a large team.
