Assistant Manager – Project Sales, Sanitary Ware in Dubai – United Arab Emirates

Job Purpose and Scope
To sell MAC Al Gurg’s sanitary ware products to the projects segment within the region and maximize the sales of sanitary ware and building material products.

Main Responsibilities:

Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates, and develops sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the company.
Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments with Architects and Interior designers; understanding their requirements, making sales presentations.
Generating new business through sales leads obtained from different channels of inquiries
To identify opportunities by studying consumer requirements; obtained by through market research.
To explore new markets and deliver products and services for continued sustainable growth.
Ensure the total end-to-end sales cycle of every deal including logistics, delivery and collection of payments.

Meet prospective customers and convert to Sales opportunities.
Negotiate and finalize sales deals after approvals from the Senior Sales Manager.

Negotiate purchase prices with Principals on a regular basis as per the contracts at hand.
Negotiate credit terms with existing clients and propose the same for new customers.

Work along with the sales coordinator, warehouse and other support staff to complete ongoing projects on a timely basis and ensure no delays in delivery.
Ensure collections are made in a timely manner as per the contractual periods agreed.
Preparing sales proposals and quotations for submission to clients.
Prepare contracts and get reviewed by the senior manager.

Minimum Bachelors Degree – Engineering Desirable.

Familiar with use of SAP, Excell and Powerpoint.

Should Have around 7 years exp in Sanitary ware sales with UAE Driving license
