E Commerce Merchandiser/ fashion
Job purpose
The responsibilities of a E Commerce Merchandiser is to track inventory levels, report any issues or shortages to management and clean up unwanted items. They must understand the products and styles in their market to help their customers choose the right products for their needs. Must be experienced in handling Ecommerce channels.
Key responsibilities
- Create & manage all Ecommerce channel product listings including pricing & SEO (B2C, B2B, Marketplaces, Consignment)
- Order & warehouse management, coordinating with warehouse staff and overseeing timely order processing, stock allocations, stock replenishments, and managing all order, return, exchange and cancellation requests from customers
- Logistics management, create & manage pick up & delivery requests for all ecommerce channels
- Prepares buying and replenishment plans based on monthly brand performance across channels
- Reporting, prepare weekly, monthly or on demand channel performance reports
- Create & Manage deals and discounts across all channels
- Plan & Execute participation in marketplace and channel marketing campaigns
- Customer data management, assist’s customers with user account related queries
- Assist Marketing team with analytics data from all channels and assist in projects where multi-functional team members are needed.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate will:
- Have 4-5 years of experience in Fashion retail/ boutique
- Have BS degree in Marketing or related field
Key skills
- Proven working experience in sales through E Commerce platforms
- Up-to-date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening, presentation and decision making skills
