In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to generate insights and provide actionable recommendations that drive business performance.ResponsibilitiesCollect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and correlationsCreate and maintain financial dashboards for a variety of activities including revenue metrics, capital project progress, and entity-wide strategic goalsAnalyze and prepare performances of the boutiques, margin, OTB by brand, SO,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutionsDevelop and implement data collection methods and strategies to improve data quality and efficiencyProvide information support for BI system users, including the use and assignment of various dashboards/reports/KPIsStay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in business intelligence and analyticsImprove skills through experience, trainings, studying manuals, perform online tutorials, etc. for new technologies and ideas related to data mining, manipulation and presentationRequirementsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business analytics, data science, or a related discipline Experience in creating dashboards/reports for web analytics from various sources Knowledge of subject areas (e.g. retail, purchasing, logistics, marketing, finance, etc.) 3 years of experience as a BI analyst in retailExcellent knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)Experience in developing reports using Microsoft Power BI (including Power Query, DAX)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsExperience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersKnowledge of statistical analysis techniques and data mining
