Join us in our mission to provide outstanding recruitment solutions and shape the fashion retail industry.Key Responsibilities:Professionalism and Service ExcellenceThe Assistant Store Manager plays a crucial role in the success of the business, balancing between sales strategies, customer experience, team leadership, and operational responsibilitiesThe Store Manager will lead all operational, business, and team aspects of the Jewelry store, ensuring a seamless and superior customer experience, driving sales, and maintaining operational standardsSales & Customer Experience: Provide the highest level of customer service at all times and support the team in upholding the standardsDrive store sales goals and KPIs daily, weekly, and monthlyEnsure achievement of financial and strategic objectives, while encouraging and supporting a continued focus amongst the teamEnsure that the team provides an exceptional in-store experience by building genuine customer relationships, understanding customer needs and offering tailored recommendationsParticipate actively and positively in the elaboration of the budget for the BoutiqueParticipate in buying sessions and appointments; select a stock assortment which will provide the optimum choice for the Boutique’s customersEnsure the efficient management of stock and control proceduresHandle any customer complaints or issues with professionalism and in line with the brand’s image and valuesFinancial Management:Monitor and control store expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetsAnalyze sales figures and forecasts to optimize store performanceEnsure timely and accurate reporting to headquarters or regional managementTeam Leadership & Development:Recruit, train, coach, and develop sales associates and assistant managersConduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and setting clear goalsFoster a positive working environment and ensure open communication among team membersOversee daily staff scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage during peak shopping hoursEnsure suitable and structured organisation and communicationMarketing & Events:Collaborate with the marketing team on in-store promotions, events, and VIP customer eventsStay updated with fashion trends, competitor activities, and market shifts that may influence business strategiesOperational Excellence:Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelinesManage inventory, including receiving stock, ensuring correct storage, and conducting regular stock takesCoordinate with headquarters or regional offices regarding promotions, stock movement, and any in-store eventsEnsure the store’s adherence to all operational procedures and standards, including security, loss prevention, and health & safetyCommunity & Brand Building:Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the brand’s values and image both within the store and the broader communityBuild and nurture relationships with local influencers, VIP clients, and other stakeholdersRequirementsCompetencies Requirement (Skills, Qualifications and Experiences):Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Jewelry, or a related fieldExperience:Minimum 4 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
