EPAM Systems Hiring for Senior Mobility Specialist Job at Dubai Full Time

As a Senior Relocation Specialist, you will be responsible for international mobility and domestic moves within the UAE, Qatar & Saudi Arabia. You will act as the ambassador for the Middle East for global mobility, working closely with HR to secure talent mobility planning across the region.

Responsibilities

• Provides hands-on full relocation cycle case management support for international and domestic moves to and within the region including visa and work permit assistance and relocation logistics for employees and their family members
• Partners closely with EPAM external vendors to initiate and manage relocation and immigration support including oversight of immigration support, exceptions, and escalation management
• Acts as the primary service contact for managers, recruiters, HRs, and employees throughout the relocation process
• Provide full information and ad hoc assistance efficiently and within SLAs
• Tracks and registers statuses of relocation cases, reporting issues/impediments and actions/solutions on a regular basis
• Discloses process gaps or growth areas and actively addresses them to improve the existing process
• Maintains visa files including case trackers for the Middle East mobility stakeholders
• Ensures compliance of global mobility practices in line with legislative and regulatory requirements, standards, and other known relevant policies and guidelines; works cross-functionally with corporate tax regarding PE risk
• Executes global and domestic mobility processes and policies for the Middle East, ensures meaningful communication to drive equitable treatment for the transferee population, and is mindful of the fiduciary responsibility to partner with the business
• Supports onboarding of inbound foreign nationals (intracompany transferees) and foreign local hires and liaises with HR and payroll for system and full onboarding experience

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Global Mobility, HR, Travel, Finance, or relevant business field strongly preferred or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a mobility, HR, travel role, or transferrable skills
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in English (C1 or higher)
• Knowledge of Arabic is preferred
• Ability to work independently and take own initiative by proposing new routines and seeking proactive solutions to problems
• Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing
• Ability to manage conflict resolution
• Ability to be neutral and confidential and deal with sensitive information. A high level of confidentiality is required
• Ability to build and maintain successful, trusting relationships with global and local stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of general HR practices, relocation policies, and guidelines
• Strong customer service orientation including a friendly, helpful, and professional demeanor
• Proven organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail
