We at Enrollme HR Consultancy FZE is urgently hiring a Product Development Executive/PDE candidate with solid experience in packaging companies. This role requires working closely with Customers , R &D, marketing department, etc
Requirements (MUST have):
Educational Qualification: Must be a graduate in Polymer Science, Material Engineering, Chemistry preferably with additional packaging education or training.
Experience: Must have 2-3 years experience in flexible packaging industry in a similar role ; should be technically aware of the products and materials used in BOPP industry.
Role includes-not limited to:
- Meeting customers/end users to understand the requirement and market needs to improvise the product.
- Coordinating with internal teams to produce the finished product as per each customer requirement.
- Researching and staying connected with the customers to know their needs and latest trends
- Visit customers and address to the concerns on the product quality and defects
- Taking charge of brand awareness in the market along with marketing department.
Gender: Male/Female / Candidates who is currently overseas can also be considered if you have relevant experience & expertise!
Languages required: Fluent in English+ fluent in Arabic/Turkish/Afrikaans will be added advantage
Age: upto 30 years due to seniority/ experience level of this position
Salary: best in the industry / can be discussed during the interview.
