IRCIV008 – TOPSIDE MECHANICAL SUPERINTENDENT

At Eni, we are looking for a Topside Mechanical Superintendent within Eni Ivory Coast in DUBAI (UAE) FIRST YEAR and then ABIDJAN (IVORY COAST). You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the construction activities (up to Mechanical Completion) of the FPSO and FSO topside facilities.

As a member of the project team at Eni Ivory Coast you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring all activities carried out by the contractor(s) follow environmental, health and safety requirements.
• Ensuring all works are properly executed in compliance with project specification, QA/QC procedure and standards.
• Ensuring the construction activities are timely completed in accordance with Project’s schedule.
• Coordinating the construction activities
• Applying, in close coordination with the Construction Manager, the construction plans to deliver the project task.
• Interface and coordinate with Construction and MC teams in the identification and resolution of Punches.
• Ensuring that contractors duties are performed by competent and experienced personnel and in sufficient number, granting the work progress monitoring and issuance of the related support documentation.
• Promptly advising the Construction Manager of any areas of concern.
• Ensuring the review of the contractor’s documentation (e.g.: technical reports, specifications, procedures, drawings, etc.).
• Ensure technical support to Construction Manager during the evaluation of any deviations / variations or change order requests issued by contractors.

This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:

• Engineering/technical degree (preferred).
• Technical diploma.
• Combined Survival & Rescue (BOSIET certification)
• Fluent knowledge of English (written & spoken).
• Good knowledge of French is preferred.
• experience in the Oil and Gas industry and construction industry
