ENI Hiring for PROJECT SERVICE COORDINATOR Job at Dubai Full Time

At Eni, we are looking for a Project Service Coordinator within Eni Iraq B.V. in Dubai. You will be responsible for the Project Services coordination function for Zubair Mishrif Expansion project, including project planning and scheduling, project progress monitoring, cost controlling and accounting (quantity surveying) and document controlling, thus assisting site Project Execution Team members carrying out their specific activities efficiently and effectively according to projects costs and time targets.

As a member of the development project management & services at Eni Iraq B.V. you will be responsible for:

• Provision of accurate and regular project progress analysis according to project procedures, thus reviewing and evaluating Contractors detailed project scheduling against plan and via rigorous analysis and quality check of Contractors and Project Team schedules, highlighting deviations and trends to project management through regular progress reports
• Supporting EIBV Project Services Manager on consolidating detailed contractors’ schedules into the project master schedule, as well clear identification of project critical path activities
• Participating to progress and ad hoc project meetings keeping informed both planning/cost control and document control engineers
• Producing accurate projects cost estimates, and associated VoWD, as input into the overall work packages development plan and budget, in accordance to agreed cost breakdown structure accuracy and project cost estimate procedure, producing the best estimate allowed from the existing information and supplying the necessary information to maintain updated the cost estimate data base, as well reviewing contractors cost estimates
• Endorsing Suppliers/Contractors progress invoices and payments requests against work effectively performed and previously certified by Construction and Eng./Proc. Team members, as support to Contracts Administration function on Suppliers/Contractor’s invoicing validation.
• Providing support to Contracts Administration function on evaluating Suppliers/Contractors Variation Order proposals (quantities and associated unit prices)
• Providing support to Contracts Administration function on evaluating Suppliers/Contractors Variation Order proposals (quantities and associated unit prices)
• Providing site document controlling function, thus archiving (hard and soft archive) and distributing within site execution team formal correspondence between Company and Suppliers/Contractors in respect of associated EPCs contractual procedure and internal correspondence procedure.

• Previous experience in oil and gas projects
• Previous experience in project control positions (Cost control, Planning, Risk & Document Control), preferably in Oil & Gas industry.
• Education preferable in Secondary Level Technical (degree preferred)
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Intermediate knowledge of the local language (if required)
• Familiarity with the document control programme/applications (expedition, EDM, Openkm, etc.)
• Experience performing effectively in a multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural environment
• Good knowledge of Excel, Access, Words, scheduling software (PRIMAVERA or equivalent scheduling packages i.e. MS Project), cost control software (SAP and SIGEP).
• Ability to assist in management reviews of existing projects, to have an active approach to decisional process and to work unsupervised.
• Working knowledge of all relevant discipline codes and standards
• Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning Planning and Monitoring
• Drilling & Well Completion Activities
• Plant / Facilities Start-up and Handover: Plant Operation
• Project Management Office basic and advanced
• Document Management application training (EDAM, MyDoc, etc)
