IRCIV010 – FPSO SYSTEM COMPLETION ENGINEER

At Eni, we are looking for a FPSO System Completion Engineer within Eni Ivory Coast in DUBAI (UAE) FIRST YEAR and then ABIDJAN (IVORY COAST). You will be responsible for assisting the Mechanical Completion Process of the onshore facilities ensuring that each installed component conforms to or is fabricated installed and tested in accordance with the project specifications and procedures certifying readiness for commissioning phase. Assuring the control of the hard copies of these check sheets which will reside in Mechanical Completion Dossiers along with punch lists, as-built drawings etc.

As a member of the project team at Eni Ivory Coast you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring availability and suitability of Sub-system Mechanical Completion Dossiers for all disciplines prior to final acceptance by Commissioning
• Preparing of Report progress, performance, initiatives, issues, and challenges to Site Manager/ Construction Manager

• Developing plans for transitions from Construction (Area Based) to Mechanical Completion (System Base) to System Completion
• Collaborating with engineering team to ensure that all engineering data and/or changes are timely and correctly uploaded on the CCMS
• Assisting in the verification of populated data by Sub System within CCMS completion system.
• Confirming MC Dossier is produced in accordance with project specifications and compiled in accordance with agreed format and defined index of contents. Ensure numbering of certification and signatories correctly follow project procedures.
• Reviewing MC Dossier and ensure alignment with sub-system tag listing as defined by the project completions database CCMS and Commissioning system limits.
• Confirming that the relevant ITR has been utilised for the specific type of equipment being inspected/tested and verify that ITR has been completed correctly, including application of correct tests and that specified results are in accordance with acceptance criteria
• Assisting/Supporting CCMS Administrator in identifying the tasks remaining in each priority System/Sub System and follow up with respective disciplines

• Interfacing with the Site Quality Advisor & Site Commissioning Lead for system completions database management about mechanical completion and administers mechanical completion record management
• Confirming MC Dossier is produced in accordance with project specifications and compiled in accordance with agreed format and defined index of contents. Ensure numbering of certification and signatories correctly follow project procedures
• Confirming that the relevant ITR has been utilized for the specific type of equipment being inspected/tested and verify that ITR has been completed correctly, including application of correct tests and that specified results are in accordance with acceptance criteria
• Reviewing/verification of subsystems documentation
• Participating in the Construction Criticality Workshop to establish Quality Inspection & Testing Plan and levels of MC inspection for Project team
• Oversight for Preservation Plan with Quality Group implementing levels, type, frequency, and storage location of equipment and materials
• Monitoring the raising of site generated punch lists items, correct upload into CCMS & subsequent final acceptance.
• Liaising with Completion / Commissioning discipline teams to review progress, resolve problems, etc. Provide status reports and define areas of non-compliance
• Compilation and production of Mechanical Completion Dossiers confirming as-built drawings are in accordance with scope as defined by system limits and any changes are reflected in associated documentation within dossier
• Supporting for the Overall Mechanical Completion activities, starting from the execution of the test packs, up to the “ready for commissioning” phase, ensuring the achievement of the systems completion objectives defined in the project execution plans and schedules, with the purpose of handing over the plant according to the established times and priorities, consistently with the needs of commissioning organization.
• Confirming as-built drawings are in accordance with scope as defined by system limits and any changes are reflected in associated documentation within dossier.
• Compiling, verifying, steward and coordinate all Mechanical Completion Handover Documentation, using check sheets for inspection and testing, of supplied and installed equipment, against a set of Mechanical Completion – Inspection Test Records (ITR).
• Reporting the status of the check sheets, and enter the records into the project CCMS, which provide the overall status of System Completion.

• Engineering Degree (preferable)
• Secondary Level Technical Education (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent).
• Fluent knowledge of English.
• Good knowledge of French is preferred
