Job Description
– Making phone calls to potential delegates.
– Engaging in conversation regarding an upcoming Conference.
– Creating an interest that results in a registration/sale.
– Taking the bookings or transferring client to Customer Service for booking.
– Updating the CRM or spreadsheet when needed.
– The ability to broadly comprehend each topic and what industries and job titles the event is aimed at a brief will be provided.
– Analytical skills and the ability to think outside the box. Using the marketing list provided intelligently along with doing independent research. Ensuring the right information is presented to the right people.
– Organizational skills and time management to achieve call rate KPI’s
– As a Sales representative, you may also be required to produce reports on feedback from clients regarding each event.
– You will be the main point of contact with our clients during the Conference sales campaign and will be required to provide exceptional customer service.
