I am currently looking for a Senior SAP Technical Lead for one of my clients. Requirements with strong functional Business background: 1. The ideal candidate should have Solution Architect experience. 2.

Good knowledge of Architecture 3. Understand what the changes of the systems are. 4. Define the challenges and system related, application related skills.

5. To have re-engineering approach and suggestions for the customer. Capabilities required: 1. Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills showed in practice 2.

Language skills: Must be fluent in English (spoken & written) 3. Communication skills: good communicator, take ownership 4. Should be able to work in the same time zone as the Customer 5. Able to talk with: Business, Team Leader, Functional and Technical Teams.

Key Responsibilities: *Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team. *Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals. *Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard. *Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.

• Analysing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements. *Keeping up to date with industry trends and developments. *Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required. *Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
• Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes. *Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders. Target Start Date: ASAP Length Of Assignment: 3 month rolling contract (With extensions – long term project) Location: ideally be living/located in Dubai or Kuwait. Onsite/Remote: Remote Working hours: 08:30 – 17:00 Arab time zone, 40 hours per week.

Sunday- Thursday (Friday and Saturday off) This role should be an English speaking as a must, but Arab Speaking is a big plus.
