Are you a Senior Project Manager with proven ability in design, project management, team management, and client liaison ideally across UAE?
This is a great opportunity for the right ambitious person who wants to lead the Project and Design Management of prestigious and iconic projects in the Middle East region.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will review and comment on the consultancy agreement for the full scope of services and ensure projects conform to the contract. You are expected to create project execution plans for all projects. You will develop the Design management plan for each design stage, deliverables, and key milestone dates. In addition to the internal resource plan of the project.
Part of the role of Senior Project Manager is to manage the appointment or coordinate with external consultants or sub-consultants. You will manage Client interface issues and establish a Change Management process to manage variations to the Scope of Services.
You are the main point of reference with day-to-day communications with clients, consultants, and Statutory Authorities on your respective projects. You will also manage all phases of design throughout the project scope, including project set-up, design, and construction administration. Mentor the project management team.
As a Senior Project Manager, you are expected to be skilled at influencing and motivating people. Set an example to all staff by demonstrating compliance with the company’s procedures and policies and operating within the company’s controls.
