Job Description

  • Daily review of ITSM and Asset management tool
  • Inventory management and review
  • Savings review for SAM tool
  • Review of product integrations
  • Report management and verification
  • Support to end users of the tool
  • Health check and software review updates
  • ELP Reporting and Compliance Review


Requirements

  • Knowledge of ITSM tools
  • Knowledge of Asset Management
  • Ability to communicate with clients through phone and email
  • Ability to coordinate with teams internally and externally
  • Previous support service experience
  • Familiar with ISO/IEC 19770-1:2012
  • good understanding of Software Licenses
  • Experience with large enterprises networks and Its Environment
  • ability to communicate with multiple departments within an organizations
  • Fluent in English, Arabic is an advantage
