Role: Regional Sales Manager
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the sales plan for the region
- Hire the sales team for the region, nurture and coach
- Achieve and exceed the regional quarterly and annual sales target
- Work closely with Solutions, product and marketing teams to develop GTM approach and sales materials for the region
- Develop deep relationships with customers and partners in the region
- Execute the regional marketing plan developed with the CMO
- Player-coach mode of selling: own key accounts, oversee others.
Skill sets:
- Prior, successful experience in sales (hunting and farming), both directly and/or through channel partners of a minimum of 7 years
- Prefer sales experience in selling to Large BPOs and IT Service Organizations, captives of global companies
- Excellent communication skills – spoken and written; fluency in regional language(s)
- Prefer Automation product and/or business transformation service (using automation) sales experience
- Consultative sales and large deals mindset, ability to work in a matrix selling environment
- Highly driven, eager to learn and exceed results
- Willing to be flexible in role expectations as the business evolves
- Highly collaborative, humble, but confident to manage the region and grow as a leader
- Ability and willingness to travel for customer and partner meetings, events
- High EQ, ability to read the room, drive action items
- Experience and knowledge of Close plans, Account Mapping, Account Plans, QBRs
