Job Description
- Responsible for scheduling deliveries and their follow-ups.
- To ensure the delivery documents are properly acknowledge by customers.
- To calculate the commission of the delivery drivers and helpers.
- Supporting the Supply Chain & Logistics Manager with necessary reports.
- Act as the primary customer service contact for clients who have questions about their accounts or our products
- Liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints
- Able to respond to any enquiries via telephone.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales report.
Skills:
- Proficient with MS Excel & other MS Office Applications.
- Excellent follow-up skills
- Very well knowledge of UAE road map

Experience:
- Sales Coordinator in FMCG Industry: 2 years (Preferred)
