Detailed Description:

The Technology Engineer Unified Communication Services is responsible to support the different unified communication collaboration service lines shehe needs to be forward thinking Innovative and creative ways to assist in building new mobility service crossfunctionally and work with different teams to define execute and manage mobility solutions Provide necessary knowledge base FAQs and SOPs for evaluated solution including L3 support

Very good knowledge in PowerShell Ansible
Good knowledge in Terraform Jenkins

Work closely with thirdparty vendors for testing and product evaluation
Assist in delivering communication collaboration product road map strong working experience and indepth knowledge on multiple platform third party tools evaluate software solution up to date industry knowledge IOS Android or Windows
Technology expert device security virtualization product evaluation and obsolescence
Able to provide technical support and help needed by the team
Able to explore new technologies be able to bring in new ideas from the industry
Assist the wider corporate mobile strategy innovation and mobilespecific business opportunities
Work closely with the IT Operations team to run products effectively on a day2day basis ie have tracking reporting security and operational tools integrated and working
General banking and business area knowledge is necessary in order to steer necessary implementations according to bank strategy ENBDspecific knowledge of the business requirements responsibilities preferred

Job Requirements:

Collect Validate and analyze relevant data required for endpoint management
Liaise with cross functional IT infrastructure team members
Deliver assigned elements of the project in order to enable achievement of relevant milestones
Highlight project issues and risks to the project manager
Highlights to the project manager if deadlines quality or budget are significantly at risk
Maintain the project schedule and monitor approved baselines and conduct variance analysis
Comply with project specifications and standards in order to deliver quality and timely project outputs
Coordinate and followup with all involved parties to resolve issuesqueries and complete assigned project elements in a timely manner
Provide relevant Reports regularly to enable project review and decision making where appropriate

Undertakes objective systematic analysis and draws accurate conclusions based on evidence Recognizes the links between interconnected issues Identifies problems and works to resolve them Thinks laterally identifies implements and promotes improved work practices
