Emirates NBD dominates the Debit Card space in the UAE accounting for over 20 of total retail Debit Card spend in the UAE market with more than AED 29B spend annually Over the last 6 years the share of retail spends to cash withdrawals on our debit cards has more than doubled from18 in 2015 to 37 at end 2021 with headroom to increase further
Emirates NBD currently has 72K Emirati Debit Card customers in our portfolio The customers contribute average annual revenue of AED 77K per customeracross products which is 24X that of an Expat customer We currently have over 135K Emirati Visa Signature Debit cards in force 53 of these customers are active on POS withAED 9Kaverage monthly spend To further differentiate the overall Emirati package and increase our share of Emirati customers while also driving card activation and usage a range of exclusive features and benefits including some welcome privileges are being created

The Product Manager is focused on delivering business goals from the respective productsEmirati Debit Card and Digital Wallets
The objective for this role is to increase spends growth seek opportunities for growth in net revenues continue cash displacement ensure top of the line customer service and continue to enhance the product through a range of innovations
On Emirati Debit Card the key activities include
Drive Revenue Generating Spends on Debit Cards by implementing various strategic and analytical initiatives
Grow active base of Emirati Debit Cards for retail purchases
Deepen select spend categories and identify new spends categories for displacing cash usage
Prioritizing and developing propositions for the prioritized use cases
Delivering product enhancements and promotional initiatives to drive product growth
Developing business cases including revenues and costs define high level operational requirements and make recommendations along the opportunities
Running initiatives to drive debit card spends and executing campaign communication across various BTL channels
Creating monthly marketing calendar for product portfolio and coordinating the activities with Marketing CIE teams for smooth customer communication
Managing implementation and communication of tactical offers designed by Schemes
Managing product awareness activities sending product benefits and card features periodically creatively communicating relevant benefits
Keeping all marketing elementswebsite leaflets banners generic EDM communication social media etc up to date
Managing customer collaterals develop new collaterals manage amends in existing collaterals website updates etc
Ensure timely resolution of Emirati Debit Card service issues for individual customers
Periodically conducting external scan on relevant market and competitor developments relevant to debit and prepaid products
