Brief Description:
The Platform owner Enterprise Systems and Processes is leading the BPM systemprocess within Enterprise Systems and Processes platform unit This entails working in classical waterfall software development methodology or Scrumban and involves management of several stake holders including vendor teams The Platform owner is responsible for the application development implementation maintenance and support of all Enterprise Systems and Processes In this position heshe coordinates and manages various product teams that will consist of software engineers solution architectstest engineersproduct owners and drives successful delivery of projects in line with quality time and cost targets
Detailed Description:
Perform appropriate level of stakeholder management across IT and clients
Ensure projects are aligned to and deliver against the Business objectives
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team in accordance with defined quality management practices to achieve common objectives
Ensure maintaining Data confidentiality
Contribute to the yearly IT Roadmap ensuring that project costings and estimates are as accurate as possible
Work with Business representative to ensure alignment of delivery with Business demand
Leading the product teams in delivering world class platform solutions
Ensuring value added proposition in strategic vendor partnerships and aligning vendor product industry roadmap of platforms with the business strategy thus enabling an effective business growth
Motivate and lead a team of professionals
Enable National leadership initiatives through grooming the right talent

Job Requirements:
1 Delivering the productproject within the timeframe and meets customer satisfaction
2 Ensure Compliance of project delivery to PMO QMS and Risk Audit and architecture guidelines
Additional Details:
Graduate Postgraduate in related degree of education
General banking and business area knowledge is necessary in order to steer necessary implementations according to bank strategy Additional deep ENBDspecific knowledge of the business requirements for the underlying backend as well as current regulatory topics and responsibilities preferred
Experience in handling scrum teams applying Agile implementation methodology along with corresponding project management methodologycapacity planning vendor management medium scale development coordination which also comprises management of interfaces and dependencies to other platform teams and in connection with the agile teams Additional overview of current testing practices and infrastructure requirements relevant
Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing EABPM ODM applications with 3 years of managerial level experience and strong knowledgeunderstanding of related business processes
Knowledge in BAW is preferred
Hands on experienceknowledge in implementing and managingBPM and other similar applications
Experience in other enterprise banking applications like document management estatement signature management is a plus Conceptual Thinking Strategic Orientation Team Leadership Analytical Thinking Innovation Flexibility Integrity
Leadership experience with team size exceeding 1015
