The Units core responsibility is to increase market share of asset products and acquire more New To BankNTB customers and function in line with the Groups overall business strategy This Unit is responsible to bring new companies to the banks approved list of employers capitalize on these relationships to increase overall penetration of retail banking products
Also to provide Excellent Service to Customers before and after sales
Brief Description:
To Achieve Targets by Selling asset products and Liabilities to the Residents Customers based in UAE
Selling Product to Acquire New Customers in order to increase the Customer database with the Right mix of Profile
Cross Sell other Products to the Customers in order to increase the market share of the Emirates NBD

To achieve monthly assigned targets across all products
To provide excellent customer service
Explore the opportunities of crosssell during customer interaction

Job Requirements:
1 Sales Targets Achieve assigned sales targets in order to contribute to the sales volumes revenues Develop new markets and customers within the assigned territory to enhance sales volumes revenues
2 Cross selling Cross sell nonassigned products services to contribute the revenues and market presence Attending KIOSK set by the bank in different locations companies malls
3 Customer Service Provide quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
4 Compliances Processes PBA has to be Vigilant while sourcing retail banking products or any Cross Sell Product and putting bank benefits always ahead of anything and use utmost care and alertness all time
5 Employee Development Acquire AssessmentCertification Standards to improve Product Knowledge through Training Program
