The job holder has to ensure timely completion of HR projects, support with stakeholder initiatives and provide administrative support to the rest of the team. This role acts as a starting point for the HR BP career path.Duties and responsibilities:Data Analysis:Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.Utilize statistical tools to assess workforce metrics, turnover rates, and other relevant HR data points. Develop actionable recommendations based on data findings to support strategic HR decisions.Presentation PreparationCreate visually appealing and informative presentations summarizing HR analytics for various stakeholders.Collaborate with HR teams to understand data requirements and present findings in a clear, concise manner.Use presentation software to design slides that effectively communicate complex HR data.Reporting and DashboardsEstablish and maintain HR dashboards for real-time monitoring of key performance indicators.Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to assist in HR strategy development and decision-making.Data Integrity and ComplianceEnsure the accuracy and integrity of HR data by implementing data quality controls.Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with HR business partners, recruiters, and other relevant teams to align data analysis efforts with organizational goals.Provide support in implementing data-driven initiatives to enhance HR processes.Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities for process improvements within HR operations through data analysis.Stay updated on industry best practices in HR analytics and contribute to the evolution of HR reporting standards.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.Proven experience in HR support roles with a focus on data analysis and presentation preparation.Proficient in statistical analysis tools, database management, and data visualization software.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and compliance.
