The unit is also responsible for managing the TMK Keys as well as SWIFT RMA.The Training program for the Graduate Trainee – User Access Management will cover the below training areas/skills:Receive, review and process access requests for company systems and applications, ensuring that they are accurate and complete.Verify user access rights and privileges based on defined policies and procedures.Grant, modify or revoke user access based on approved requests.Maintain accurate records of access requests and approvals, including changes to user access.Monitor and report on user access activity to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Provide timely and efficient customer service to end-users regarding access requests and issues.Participate in the development and implementation of access management policies and procedures.Participate in training and development activities to enhance knowledge and skills related to access management processing.
