The team plays a pivotal role in development and implementation of policies and processes, not only for the Bank but the entire group.The Training program for the Graduate Trainee – Process Management will cover the below training areas/skills:Assist the domain manager in devising plan for development and review of processesAssist business/operations risk in conducting review of process.Assist in the arrangement of the required internal regulatory units approval.Host the process on SIM online and communicate to all the concerned businesses.Develop rapport with key stakeholders which is facilitate swift development of processes.Assist manager in conducting competitor search on a regular basis and be abreast of the best market practices.Generate fresh ideas and discuss with Manager for incorporation of the same in the process that is being worked on.Suggest inputs based on past experience and involvement in various other process development or projects.
