Unit Purpose:

With the plan to scale up Tablet Banking to all users in Emirates Islamic Sales team by end of August 2022 and introduce Tablet Banking to third party by Q3 2022 following responsibilities will be required to be performed by the resource to support the unit by:

Job Responsibilities:

• To ensure that staffs have been provided with required system access.
• Tablet 2.0 rollout for the entire sales team
• Staff onboarding and Separation management
• Assets & System Access management.

Job Content:

• Ensure smooth coordination btw IT, Sales and partner units to ensure sales function is running smoothly.
• Ensure Tablet 2.0 rollout.
• Support in resolving tablet related issues for staff with the help of IT And partner unit support.
• Ensure timely delivery of access, IDs and Assets for new joiners.
• Scheduling interviews for new hire candidates and ensuring that selected candidates will get onboarded timely.
• Ensuring that resigned/terminated staff’s handover will be as per policy.
• Coordinate with Tanfeeth to receive the instructions.
• Clearance for In-house & outsource channel partners
• Arranging training for new joiners.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support. Draft letters, memos, charts, documents, tables, graphs and plans as requested.
• Office Supplies & IT equipment via P2P
• Stamps and business Cards
• Generation and Activation of the PAO codes for entire sales team.
• System Access and Reviews.

• Possess knowledge and understating of the role
• Excellent communication, Proactive, quick in providing feedback
• Time management and communication
• Interpret the instruction in right manner that enhances the business
• 1 year experience in banking sector
