FinanceWholesale Banking Unit lead manages all the Finance activities for Wholesale Banking business of the Bank by setting updriving the performance planning budgeting and financial reporting controls related to Wholesale Banking business in EI
The Unit assists Finance in business performance financial accounting reporting and in investor relationship activities
The Unit ensures operations control and maintenance of the accounting financial reporting systems and processes at Wholesale Banking and is responsible for the preparation and accuracy of its financial reports and comprehensive analyses of business performance

Brief Description:
This role will report into Business Finance Wholesale Banking Manager and will have the responsibility to be the finance business partner managing business expectations for finance related activities for Corporate Banking
Detailed Description:
1 Manage financial planning and forecasting budgeting processes and monitor performance against plan

2 Conduct analyses to understand business drivers drive insights and identify opportunities to improve results

3 Enable management by providing timely accurate information on business performance and profitability

4 Prepare for regular business reviews with senior management

5 Drive disciplined expense management

6 Assist business in formulating driving strategies and projects

7 Research and resolve data issues and answer finance related queries from Business Heads other stakeholders

Job Requirements:
This role involves frequent interaction with the Management providing them with financial information business insights enabling them to drive the business strategically and identify areas of focus

Additional Details:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant or MBAFinance
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
• Specific industry related experience preferred
• Proactive strategic thinker

• Excel and PowerPoint are a must
