Organization Unit
Tanfeeth BB ARC Onboarding & Screening unit handles a vast array of account relationship activities of Emirates NBD & Emirates Islamic for Account Opening.
Job Purpose
Primary responsibility is to manage assignment and completion in an orderly manner in accordance with the mandated policy & procedures in a timely & efficient manner. Also to ensuring queue is cleared to meet SLA & TAT at all times. To Address and resolve staff related concerns effectively.
Person Specifications
- Professional Bachelor’s Degree: with 2 years (+) experience in Transaction Processing
related to ARC unit, with awareness of ENBD/EI Business applications.
- Functional Prior experience in Banking / Non-Voice back-office processing with 2 years (+)
experience in Transaction Processing related to ARC unit, with awareness of ENBD/EI
business applications
Knowledge & Skills
- Extensive Knowledge of Banking and systems such as CRM, BPM, Finacle etc.
- Willingness to work in staggered shifts.
- Strong knowledge of Tanfeeth Operating Model.
- Strong knowledge of Ms Office.
- Written & spoken communication skills.
- Ability to work in dynamic team environment.
