POSITION TITLE: Wood Painter / Spray Painter
Summary Description:
As a Painter you are responsible for all painting & polishing work, Carpet & wall paper work in the hotel building. Your role needs you to adhere to policies and procedures ensuring the smooth functioning of the Engineering Department and will include key responsibilities such as:
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Regularly monitor and maintain the painting & polishing work in the hotel
- Regularly monitor and carry out the guest rooms maintenance request
- Regular monitoring of stock of paint & polish material
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance to all guest rooms wall & ceiling
- Regularly monitor required materials for painting work and report any required materials to supervisor to place order
- Carry out daily check lists as prepared by supervisor
- To accomplish all assigned work orders on daily basis and report any pending to supervisor
- To help the other technical staff whenever assistance required
- Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor
