Job Responsibilities:

· Assist Senior Sales Manager/Sales Manager to establish sales plan and budget to reflect the company’s and the hotel’s goals and objectives.

· Participate in tradeshows, conventions and promotional events

· Maintain corporate accounts, contact, activity and business details

· Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person

· Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.

· Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.

· Building and maintaining a CRM database.

· Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

· Maintains and upgrades communication networks to ensure that the hotel is having a competitive advantage in information and sales leads.

· Conducts market analysis and devises strategies for generating new business.

· Furnishes sales monthly reports on a timely basis.

· Achieves budgeted room night quotas and average rates set out in the yearly business plan for the hotel.

· Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing

Qualifications:

– Should have at least 3 years experience as Sales Executive in a 3 or 4 star Hotels

– Should have knowledge of local market

– Currently here in UAE (preferably on a visit or cancelled visa)
