Emirates Grand Hospitality Hiring for Reservation Agent (Hotel Experience Required in Reservation) Job at Dubai Full Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Input , modify, or cancel phone reservations into the system directly and file accordingly
• Ensure that all reservation requests are processed and confirmation and or cancellation letters or emails are sent out in as per SLA.
• Answer complaints regarding reservation and refer any problems to Reservations Manager.
• Answer inquiries and or promote hotel services and facilities.
• Answer questions on rates and room types availability.
• Performs any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
• Refer requests for extension or change of payment for in-house guests to Front Desk.
• Must have experience as Reservations Agent.

QUALIFICATIONS:

– With hospitality experience

– At least 2 year experience in Reservations

– Have knowledge in opera system

– Currently in UAE
