JOB PURPOSEAssist the Senior Quality Manager in the daily functions of the department to ensure proper control over the work procedures of the departments.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIESCoordinate and provide guidance to Department Heads in preparing and improving their departmental work procedures in all areas of EKFC that are ISO CertifiedOrganize and conduct internal quality audits to ensure implementation of documented procedures, manuals, and ISO standards.Raise non-conformance reports and follow up on any corrective action.Conduct Supplier audits in conjunction with Central Purchasing and H&S and provide audit reports classifying the supplier as approved, pre-qualified or rejected.Carry out QMS Performance Measurement and produce statistical analysis.Follow up on audit action plans of all the departments resulting from internal audits and Surveillance audits.Assist the Senior Quality Manager in the developing the submission for the Dubai Quality Awards and following up on post assessment recommendations.Arrange to conduct & analyze customers’ surveys and any other surveys relevant to the Quality Management system.Arrange to provide and conduct training on Quality related topics for EKFC staff.Supervise staff and ensure that they carry out their jobs to the required standards, review the duty roster, monitor staff performance on a regular basis and provide guidance whenever required.Supervise the SQO /quality officer in planning the monthly roster and schedule of monthly checks for Quality Controllers.Apply the Quality Policy and Quality System established in accordance with ISO 9001: 2015 international standards and execute his/her responsibilities according to the department work procedures while reflecting EKFC Quality Policy.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEMinimum Qualification: A level in a relevant discipline or Diploma. Certification in Quality Management System would be preferable.Skills: Should possess excellent interpersonal skills and must be capable to coordinate with different levels of management and personnel.Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience if completed A level or 5 years’ experience if completed a Diploma in a similar position in an ISO regulated environment. Should have completed all necessary operational training at advance level.
