Job Purpose:To serve as the single point of contact for all HR matters within the assigned accounts, providing comprehensive guidance and support on a wide range of people-related issues. The jobholder will strategically partner with business stakeholders to implement people strategy through ongoing and proactive collaboration to deliver impactful HR solutions.The job holder operates within established HR practices while remaining informed about potential impacts on current practices, employee retention, and policy. The incumbent is required to collaborate with HR colleagues to tailor solutions for business stakeholders, act as a liaison between Centers of Excellence (COEs) and the business, and serve as the primary point of contact for COEs regarding program implementation and execution.Key Result Areas:Drive the implementation and execution of key aspects of the HR People Plan, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders built on credibility, partnership, and open communication.Act as a liaison between Centers of Excellence (COE) in HR and the business and provide ongoing advisory services to managers and employees, offering guidance on resource planning, performance & development, career growth, engagement, and employee retention to drive positive changes in people management.Lead the design and implementation of initiatives that foster a culture where individuals and groups take ownership of their performance, growth, and continuous improvement.Implement tailored solutions addressing business needs, while measuring the success of change initiatives to validate business impact.Review workforce data through people analytics, educate business stakeholders, and collaborate with them to create actionable initiatives that address people-related issues in a proactive manner.Establish ongoing feedback mechanisms and work towards cultivating an environment within the organisation where employees feel comfortable raising concerns, contributing to the overall enhancement of the employee experience.Support HR Manager in implementing succession plans to identify and prepare future leaders for crucial roles within the organisation, contributing to business continuity.Oversee an effective employee recognition program aligned with the framework to motivate and reward high performers, fostering a culture of appreciation and engagement.Proactively collaborate with respective departments to create accurate and up-to-date job descriptions that attract qualified candidates and align with the organisational structure.Support organisational design initiatives, annual budgets, and business cases by developing clear communication plans and effectively managing employee transition processes.Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or Human Resources (required)CIPD (preferred)Work Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience leading HR business partner strategies and managing the provision of services related to performance management, employee engagement and change management.Experience gained within a large organisation and must have led a number company-wide HR initiatives, services and projectsExperience in providing advisory on HR policies, UAE labour law and HR processes.Skills:Ability to communicate effectively with all organisational levels.Clear, concise and influential written communication skills.Ability to understand the business context, its goals, and challenges, ability to translate business needs into actionable HR strategies and solutionsAbility to develop highly effective working relationships by building credibility, respect and rapport with internal and external networksExcellent negotiation, influencing and persuasion skillsProven ability to secure and analyse a range of quantitative and qualitative information and use this in developing strategies, plans, policies and solutions that meet individual and organisational needs.Creative, resourceful, and pragmatic with a positive ‘can do’ and solution-focused attitude.Willingness to work in other areas of HR to manage peaks in the team’s workload and cover for colleagues as required.
