Applications are invited for the position of HR Coordinator – Uniform Stores
Key Accountabilities
Plan, schedule and monitor daily uniform counter operations across EKFC and ensure timely intervention to manage adhoc or unexpected requirements and address staff grievances related to uniform or PPE.
Forecast, plan and manage uniform and PPE inventory based on the business demand to ensure continuity of business and uniform services.
Identify potential improvement opportunities in the existing ways of working by reviewing the current processes to determine structured process for purchase requisitions, taking into account costs, delivery times, product quality and available inventory of the uniform and PPE.
Develop best practices that focus on automation and planning & allocation of resources to achieve operational efficiency whilst adhering to the standards outlined in the EKFC digitalisation process.
Supervise and provide advice, direction and regular feedback on performance of the team to motivate and drive a high performance workforce to achieve business continuity and operational efficiency.
;Coordinate with the internal and external stakeholders related to uniform services to effectively manage the business requirement and expectations to optimise cost and ensure business continuity.
Facilitate and comply with all relevant quality, health, safety and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to align as per standards and regulations.
Essential Requirements and Competencies
At least Bachelor;s Degree holder or certificates relevant to the field (must have)
At least 5+ years of experience in overseeing employee uniforms and grooming standards, preferably within the Aviation / Hospitality industry.
Experience in inventory management (must have)
Strong supervisory and administrative experience.
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills able to motivate and supervise a team of uniform store personnel
Able to work under time related pressure so as to meet all internal customer expectations and requirement
Able to demonstrate knowledge of employee facilities & services specifically uniform store.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Arabic would be an advantage
Effective negotiation and team management skills
Must be Computer literate, well versed with MS Office and have excellent command of Excel
