What will be my primary responsibilities in this role:
Global Project Pursuit
Engage early & influence stake holders (End users, Licensors, Project Management Team (PMT) and EPC’s) from Pre-FEED & FEED stage of the projects, to place Emerson as the supplier of choice.
Need to collaborate and coordinate seamlessly with global counterparts and local sales leaders to formulate winning strategy. Need to collaborate and work seamlessly with Emerson MEA world area (WA) stake holders (Emerson & Final Control, Business Unit EPC sales, Regional Sales Managers, Country Managers and Strategic Accounts Managers) to create synergy and winning strategies.
Maintain C level/Sr. Management Level relationship with customers and EPC’s
Financial Requirements:
Will have the ownership of entity and destination project order booking, reported on a Quarterly basis, and measured on annual basis.
Hit rate and win rate will be used as the criteria to measure the efficiency of the role.
Internal Requirements:
Participate in PRM budgeting process & monthly POR (Presidents Operations Report) call.
Attend and present in internal meetings, that includes Business Unit, Emerson MEA and Global Project Pursuits calls.
Manage the internal data and reporting requirements, that includes presenting for DOA (delegation of authority), create opportunity funnel in CRM (Customer Relationship management tool), presenting strategic initiatives and opportunity funnel in internal review meetings.
Participate and contribute to develop and implement global project pursuit programs and strategies.
Share Project wins with the MEA regional team and arrange data to support LCS (Lifecycle Services).
What do I need to qualify for this role:
4 Years Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
10-15 Years experience selling experience with Oil & Gas and diverse industries
