What will be my primary responsibilities in this role:

• Proactively promote and lead the sales of products & services in Central Region for the agreed territory.
• Meet or exceed territory financial objectives required in support of the Regional and Business unit plan.
• Strengthen existing customer relationships – protect & grow the existing customers.
• Develop new customers and target competitive accounts in the assigned area or market to gain market share.
• Provide accurate project funnel and order booking forecasts to the regional manager for the assigned territory.
• Lead and work closely with the Marketing and Business Development team for the implementation of Sales Strategies and Service opportunities with OEM’s, System Integrators, Contractors & End-users.
• Improve customer satisfaction by understanding the requirements, pain-points, communicating & executing solutions to their needs by “Solution selling”
• Drive Core differentiation by “Early Engagement”

What do I need to be considered for this role?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation or Electronics with 8 – 10 years (min) of Sales / Business Development experience in the Middle East for Field Instruments in various industries such as Oil & Gas, Power & Water, Petrochemicals, Fertilizers, Metals & Mining etc. with a proven record of success in sales and marketing management
• In-depth knowledge of field Instruments like Transmitters, Flowmeters & Analytical Instruments
• Proven ability to effectively interact, cooperate and communicate (i.e. must have good oral, written and presentation skills) within a multi-layered matrix organization.
