Front Arena Support, Technical, English Speaking
WORK PERMITS CAN BE ORGANISED IF REQUIRED
Client is based in United Arab Emirates – Dubai
Provide effective Technical support for Front Arena application for Front, Middle and Back Office users – ensure issues are appropriately documented, tracked, addressed and resolved in a timely manner as per Service Level Agreements with strict adherence to the client & Business guidelines and compliance requirements. Work closely and communicate effectively with business users as well as software vendors on solution delivery and issue resolution. Maintain Front Arena custom code owned by bank and do changes as and when required by Business/Projects.
