We are currently looking for a Project Management Office (PMO) Manager with the below skills and experience:

Responsibilities:

The Project Management Office (PMO) Manager is responsible for directing PMOs operations to ensure the effective delivery of multiple, simultaneous projects of varying complexity. The job holder will also be responsible for ensuring all projects are successfully monitored, documented, tracked, reported, integrated and implemented.

• Develops and implements standardized project management methodologies
• Determines project resource plans and recommends appropriate levels of sourcing for the project ensuring adequate provision has been made for the effective execution and completion of the project
• Manages project integration activities (including outsourced/ contracted work) and associated enterprise architecture integration
• Performs post-implementation project reviews to determine benefits realization and achievement of project objectives
• Provides inputs to the departments strategies and policies, guides their implementation and monitors it periodically to ensure adherence to plans
• Work closely with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, and timing for new initiatives
• Responsible for project plans and metrics, work plans, time sheets, schedules, resource plans and status reports
• Identifies project risks/gaps and provides guidance on risk mitigation plans
• Communicates and reports status updates on all emaratech projects to the management on a weekly basis

Required qualifications :

• 10+ years of experience in a similar environment
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Sciences / IT / Engineering
• Project Management Professional or equivalent project management certification essential
• Post graduate degree in Systems Management preferable
