The Role
Regional Busines Development Manager – Retrofit / Maintenance Division. We are currently recruiting for a leading Multi National company in their Dubai office for a new back-office commercial position for this global Engineering company. The ideal applicant will have experience of defining the sales and commercial strategy for their Retrofit division across the MENA region (covering 10 Countries), you will drive a cross functional team including business development, sales, solutions , partners, engineering services, and engaging with senior leadership internally and within the customer’s environment. You will lead the B2B sales activity which will be within the Civil / Construction engineering field.

Requirements
At least 10 years commercial experience within either Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering Experience of setting sales strategies, including market analysis, pricing, GTM and competitor analysis. Global / Multinational company experience. Mentor and training of sales teams and cross functional operations.
