We are seeking a visionary leader for the role of Chief Digital Transformation Officer for our client, a globally leading shipping and contract logistics company serving Fortune 500 companies in 50+ countries.

You will be tasked with drawing a roadmap to catapult the group into the digital future. The position entails spearheading digital solutions, encompassing AI/ML, data analysis, warehousing automation, customer journey enhancement, IoT and real time tracking, green logistics, security, and an array of other technologies.

Right Technology – Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and assess their relevance to the shipping and logistics industry. Identify and prioritize technologies that can drive operational improvements and cost efficiencies.

Data Visibility and Sharing – Architect solutions for data gathering, storage, processing, reporting and sharing. Utilize data insights for making informed decisions, product development and enhancing overall business performance for various business units.

Data Security – Ensure all digital initiatives comply with industry regulations and best practices for data security and privacy across all group companies.

Change Management – Drive adoption across users in order to realize the best returns on investment in new technologies. Implement change management methodologies to ensure a smooth transition to new digital processes and tools.

15+ years of demonstrated success in leading large-scale digital initiatives within logistics, supply chain or similar industries
