Role Purpose: The purpose of the role is to lead and oversee the retail operations and merchandising strategies within Emaar’s diverse entertainment portfolio. The job holder plays a crucial role in ensuring that retail spaces within Emaar Entertainment venues deliver a seamless and engaging shopping experience for visitors, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and the financial success of the retail operations. Responsibilities: The main responsibilities of the role are as below:Retail Operations Management:Develop and implement effective strategies for retail operations across Emaar Entertainment venues.Oversee day-to-day activities, including inventory management, staffing, and sales performance.Merchandising Strategy:Create and execute merchandising plans that align with Emaar’s brand image and customer expectations.Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate merchandising into overall promotional strategies.Vendor Management:Identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.Ensure product quality, pricing, and timely deliveries.Inventory Control:Implement inventory control measures to optimize stock levels and minimize stockouts or overstock situations.Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory records.Sales Analysis:Analyze sales data and customer trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Implement strategies to enhance sales performance and profitability.Visual Merchandising:Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create visually appealing displays.Ensure effective presentation of merchandise to attract and engage customers.Customer Experience Enhancement:Contribute to the overall customer experience by ensuring a positive and seamless shopping journey.Gather customer feedback and implement improvements based on insights.Qualification & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.Proven experience from 5 to 10 years in retail operations, product development and merchandising, preferably within the entertainment or hospitality industry.Preferred trade experience, Attraction merchandising, Textile- Fashion industry or Home Acc., Toys
