Responsibilities:

Undertake site investigations and surveys to assess project feasibility and requirements
Develop detailed engineering designs and drawings using CAD software
Prepare project proposals, cost estimates, and timelines
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met
Oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards
Conduct inspections and tests to verify construction quality and resolve any issues or discrepancies
Manage project doentation, including contracts, progress reports, and change orders
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and clients
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and promote a safe working environment

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Proven experience in civil engineering, preferably in construction projects
Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Strong project management and organizational skills
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Professional engineering license (preferred but not required)
