We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Real Estate team as a Telemarketing Executive. This is a Salary + Incentive based role with unlimited earning potential.
Responsibilities:
– Securing new clients via outbound calls, or emails.
– Generate potential leads from given numbers daily.
– Forwarding the potential leads to the manager immediately.
– Coordinate with agents to close deals if required.
– Keeping track of all the outbound calls and any source of communication.
– Update the results on the company CRM.
– Participate in regular team meetings to define progress and performance criteria.
– Follow and adhere policies, functional changes and training along with materials stipulated by the company.
– Stay updated with new projects in the market.
– Visit developers offices for briefings and training if needed.
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales.
– Arabic speaker preferred.
– Strong understanding of the Real Estate market (preferred).
– Excellent communication skills.
– Self-motivated and able to work independently.
– Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
