Eli Royal Flower is a newly established trading company specializing in indoor and outdoor fresh plants & flowers. We are urgently seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the vibrant Dubai market. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in plant sales. Dubai Driving license would be a significant advantage.
Requirements:
-Well-rounded knowledge of flowers and plants, including their names, care requirements, and other relevant information.
-Proven success in indoor and outdoor plant sales, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
-Outstanding communication and presentation abilities to engage clients effectively.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the indoor and outdoor plant market.
-Build and maintain relationships with key clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
-Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
-Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
