The HR Manager role covers the Middle East Region and reports to the HR Director for the region. The selected candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives including Talent Acquisition, Employee Assessment, Development, Employee Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion, and Office Administration. They will also assist line managers assess people issues and develop appropriate short-term and long-term solutions. The individual will be responsible for leveraging resources from the global and wider regional HR teams. They will also have a team of HR operations members reporting to them across the Middle East region.
