Overview:
Element has an opportunity for an IT Engineer to join our IT team in Dubai.
In this role , you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing and maintaining hardware and software components to ensure the smooth running of computer systems and involves coordination with external vendors for support and maintenance activity as well as collaboration with appropriate IT teams to raise issues/risks within the environment with a focus to reduce incidents and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
This role will be based in Barsha Heights , Dubai
Responsibilities:
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners while monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks while diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues
Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components and responding in a timely manner to help Desk service issues and requests and set up domain and email accounts for new users
Provide assistance to customer issues via phone, email and Teams chat and perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
Testing new technology , conduct daily backup operations and maintain& update technical documentation regularly
Monitor, update and follow-up helpdesk tickets regularly
Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent knowledge with 3+ year of related professional experience as as a help desk technician or other customer support role
Working Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (On-premise and cloud) and Azure Active Directory and good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills along with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues and learn new technologies & implement them
