We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Website Project Manager to join our web development team. The Website Project Manager will plan, execute, and finalise website development projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Website Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation
- Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders
- Identify and manage project risks
- Track project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
- Manage and lead a team of website developers
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
- Communicate project status to upper management
- Manage client expectations and maintain client relationships
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in website development project management
- Strong understanding of web development and design principles
- Proven experience in leading and motivating teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with project management software and tools
- Familiarity with website development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and CMS
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus
- PMP, Scrum Master certification is a plus
