Your Role

The Key Account Manager is responsible for sales enablement of the assigned channel and managing the customers’ performances to achieve stated sales targets. He is responsible to achieve financial commitments to the company within the assigned product line and brands portfolio by developing & executing innovative channel, customer, and trade strategies.

A Typical Day

• Sales management including plan and manage sales process and opening new channel accounts.
• Acquire detailed knowledge, understanding and analysis of the market, current line-up and competitors’ product offers.
• Identify gaps and highlights opportunities in the market to maximize sales and profitability.
• Work closely with marketing on concept/develop/deploy 360 marketing activities.
• Close cooperation with sales operation on forecasts, demand planning and order processing.
• Support and liaise with product line on product range and portfolio.
• Extensive external communication with partners/retailers/shop floor promoters/store managers.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s Degree inBusiness or other relevant disciplines.
• Experience in sales, retail management for Home Domestic Appliances.
• At least 5-8 years of experience in Consumer Electronics Industry, preferably white goods.
• Extensive contacts network within retailers.
• Strong communication ability (both written and spoken).
• Excellent presentation & story telling skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders across functions.
