Your Role

The Head of Sales Projects & Kitchen Retail is responsible for the end-to-end sales process; in his/her specific Projects channel, B2B Kitchen & Water, assigned territory, driving his actions with passion & energy, conduct in adherence to Electrolux integrity & code of ethics and in complete mastering of sales, negotiation, product portfolio, compliance regulatory, import/export regulations and global sanctions.

A Typical Day

• Sales management including plan and manage sales process and opening new channel accounts.
• Acquire detailed knowledge, understanding and analysis of the market, current line-up and competitors’ product offers.
• Identify gaps and highlights opportunities in the market to maximize sales and profitability.
• Work closely with marketing on concept/develop/deploy 360 marketing activities.
• Close cooperation with sales operation on forecasts, demand planning and order processing.
• Support and liaise with product line on product range and portfolio.
• Extensive external communication with partners/retailers/shop floor promoters/store managers.
• Extensive network, engagement and interactions with project developers, contractors, kitchen retailers in the region.
• Travel within UAE and occasionally to Europe & Singapore for exhibitions and conferences.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or other relevant disciplines.
• Experience in Projects & B2B Kitchen product range.
• Extensive contacts network within major developers, key contractors and kitchen retailers across the Gulf region.
• Strong communication ability (both written and spoken).
• Excellent presentation & story telling skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders across functions.
• Growth mindset with dynamic & energetic drive.
