Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide administrative assistance to our Talent Acquisition team and maintaining databases with candidate information. He/she will keep the hiring process smooth and ensure we recruit and retain high-performing employees.

• Prepare job offer letters
• Schedule onsite and phone interviews, working directly with candidates and the hiring teams to ensure a smooth process.
• Organize candidates’ data (e.g. resumes, offer and contact details) in internal databases
• Coordinate interviews and contact applicants, as needed.
• Enter and track candidate information in the internal recruitment trackers and systems.
• Overall management of the recruitment document library.
• Assist in generating various recruitment reports.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Recruitment administration/operations experience
• Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
• Highly skilled in using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to prioritize & effectively manage multiple tasks.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a similar subject.
